Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end including scope, goals, deliverables, and QA/QC protocols.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and adjust budgets as needed.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Supervise project team members and contractors and ensure accountability.
• Build, develop, and grow client relationships vital to project success.
• Mentor younger engineers and coordinate across disciplines.
