Goodwin’s Global Operations Team invites you to join the Technology group as a Client Development Assistant. You will back the firm’s business development and marketing efforts, ensuring CRM accuracy, producing thoughtful reporting, and coordinating client outreach with attorneys and cross‑functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and exposure to client development or marketing, with strong organizational skills and a proactive service mindset.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with exposure to client development/marketing preferred.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with databases and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day marketing and client development needs for the Technology practice.
• Develop knowledge of legal marketing, market trends, and client priorities to support outreach.
• Provide operational and data support: CRM maintenance, lists, tracking, and basic reporting.
• Coordinate practice group meetings and internal communications for consistent execution.
• Assist with events and outreach, including invitations, RSVPs, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Gather competitive intelligence with the marketing research team to support pitches and events.
• Maintain organized files, templates, tools, and systems to support BD processes.
