Qualifications

• Establish operating structures, governance, partnerships and management disciplines for CIOs and leadership teams.
• Oversee portfolio management with financial oversight, performance metrics and benefits realization.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data, cyber, infrastructure and delivery.
