Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Manager Information Security in Mount Laurel, NJ, to lead Technology Controls/Information Security teams and drive risk management and governance across the technology landscape. The role interfaces with executives and key stakeholders to minimize technology risk for the bank.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in information security, governance, and regulatory experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical risk into business terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of information security experience.
• Experience in governance, risk, controls, audit, or compliance.
• Experience supporting regulatory exams and audit engagements.
• Strong understanding of technology and cybersecurity risk management.
• Experience with RCSA, control inventories, and control testing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Technology Controls/Information Security professionals.
• Provide governance and oversight for security strategies, programs, tools, frameworks and policies.
• Interface with executives and stakeholders to minimize technology risk across the bank.
• Communicate security risk and mitigation options in business terms.
