Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years delivering technology design, development and delivery.
• Experience delivering projects with formal methodologies and banking domain awareness.
• Strong relationship building, influencing, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to create/modify technology roadmaps and align with product vision.
• Experience in app development/integration and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology delivery leadership on small to mid-sized initiatives with alignment to the product roadmap.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment and CI/CD practices across teams.
• Coordinate across CIO, ITS, Architecture and delivery partners to drive outcomes.
• Identify risks and issues and guide mitigation with the business owner and Tech Owner as needed.
• Ensure technology estimates align with Estimation Framework and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
