Job summary

TD Bank, N.A. in Somerset, New Jersey seeks a senior Infrastructure leader to drive strategy, transformation, and the evolution of the firm’s enterprise technology infrastructure, ensuring secure, scalable platforms to enable growth.

You will oversee a complex portfolio including 24x7 data center operations, mobility, WAN/MAN networks, trading floor technology, call center platforms, co-location, and branch infrastructure, establishing KPIs and SLAs to improve reliability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive vendor management, data center operations, telecommunications, Bid specs & RFP evaluation.
• Working knowledge of network engineering, data center apps, client/server computing, production operations support.
• Knowledge of OSI/TCP/IP, wireless, outside plant with manholes, ducts & Telco providers; regional paths between buildings.
• Knowledge of test sets: power meters, Fluke DTX, Fluke OTDR, cable testing & certification, Fluke Network Analyzer.
• Data Center infrastructure: cooling, power distribution, fire detection & suppression.
• Ability to right-size Data Centers and LAN rooms for space, power, cooling, IT racks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telecom requirements with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead kickoff meetings, design reviews, coordination meetings, and construction meetings.
• Provide technical direction during construction and review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings.
• Evaluate field conditions and propose design/construction solutions.
• Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance.
• Track milestones and identify schedule, budget, and technical risks.
• Support closeout activities, including documentation and as-built drawings.
