This role aligns technology initiatives with business goals, serving as the critical liaison between Digital Technology and internal customers to deliver measurable value. The Director will shape the digital strategy, oversee service delivery, governance, and performance metrics while balancing quality, security, and cost

Qualifications

• Experience leading consulting- or advisory-type functions in large, matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or similar standards.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a value-oriented catalog of technology services.
• Lead strategy, governance, and financial oversight for the portfolio.
• Foster collaboration between Digital Technology and business partners.
• Define and implement portfolio planning, budgeting, and delivery governance.
• Monitor performance, risks, and compliance with standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in service management and value delivery.
