Job summary

Community Health Systems, Inc. seeks a strategic Portfolio Leader (Technology Partner) to shape and manage a value-driven catalog of digital services within Clinical or Business Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in business systems consulting, cybersecurity consulting, or related field, including at least three (3) years in a leadership role required.
• Experience leading consulting or advisory functions within large, matrixed organizations required.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or comparable standards required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the portfolio service catalog.
• Align portfolio initiatives with the organization's strategy and business objectives.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, incubating and piloting innovative services to meet portfolio needs.
• Promote practical innovation while ensuring cost-effective development and delivery of portfolio services.
• Define and lead strategic planning activities for managed portfolio with Digital Technology stakeholders and corresponding Business Partner, including portfolio financing and budget.
• Conduct in-depth customer research to understand needs, expectations, and emerging demands.
• Lead proactive outreach efforts to communicate portfolio services, initiatives, and planned investments.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and education to keep stakeholders informed about industry trends and portfolio developments.
• Oversee resource allocation within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with priorities and value delivery.
• Implement and monitor financial management processes to optimize cost efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
