Job summary

Community Health Systems, Inc. seeks a strategic Portfolio Leader (Technology Partner) to develop and manage a value-driven catalog of technology services within the Digital Clinical Services portfolio.

The Director will align technology initiatives with business goals, lead cross-functional teams, and drive governance, performance, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable business value. This role requires deep service management knowledge, lifecycle optimization, and strong leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field required.
Master's degree preferred; clinical license preferred.
8-10 years in business systems or cybersecurity consulting with leadership experience.
Experience leading advisory functions in large matrix organizations.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, or similar).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the portfolio service catalog, standards, and processes.
Align portfolio initiatives with business objectives and strategy.
Lead stakeholder communications and governance across Digital Technology and business units.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and drive service delivery.
Monitor, report, and optimize portfolio performance, cost, and risk.
