Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a People Success Director to partner with our Technology organization, shaping talent strategy and delivering scalable people programs. You’ll translate business priorities into development and organizational health initiatives that drive performance and engagement.

You will lead cross-functional talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development while coaching managers through complex people challenges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
• Strategy development and system design across a complex org.
• End-to-end ownership with risk/opportunity management.
• Strong judgment in sensitive people matters.
• Clear communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior technology leaders to assess organizational health and translate insights into people strategies.
• Own and drive cross-functional people initiatives from design through delivery across Technology.
• Coach engineering and tech managers on performance, development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Design development programs for people managers and individual contributors in technical roles.
• Identify opportunities to improve how people work, including AI-enabled workflows and decision-making.
