Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a People Success Director to partner with the Operations organization in Lehi, driving initiatives that boost performance and engagement at scale. Shape and execute our people strategy in a fast-moving, high-touch environment, translating business needs into talent and org health programs.

You will lead complex cross-functional work, coach leaders, and apply AI in responsible ways to improve outcomes while aligning with policies and values.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
• Experience supporting Operations organizations as an HR partner.
• Ability to drive strategy and design systems across a complex org.
• Own outcomes end-to-end and manage risks and opportunities.
• Strong judgment in sensitive people matters and ambiguity.
• Clear, confident communication with senior leaders.
• Know-how to apply AI to HR work with governance and data integrity.
• Deep knowledge of HR practices and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to assess health, performance, attrition and engagement.
• Own cross-functional people initiatives from design to delivery.
• Advise and coach managers on performance, career development, succession, and org effectiveness.
• Lead Employee Relations investigations as needed.
• Design and facilitate development programs for managers and individual contributors.
• Identify opportunities to improve work through AI and tools to boost efficiency and customer experience.
• Leverage data to measure program impact and guide executive decisions.
• Ensure seamless HR experience aligned with policies and values.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert across HR areas and evolve practices.
• Act as people site-leader for the Lehi office.
