• Experience supporting functions within a Technology organization.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to align people strategy with business results.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, detail-oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic consultant to leaders to align business and people strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advance the People Strategy for Stripe.
• Use data to inform design and decisions on org strategy, structure, and programs.
• Coach leaders on org design, change management, and key initiatives.
