Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Project Manager for People Operations to drive end-to-end initiatives across HR, finance, legal, product, and engineering. You will lead complex programs, define roadmaps, and ensure governance and successful adoption of strategic priorities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, build strong cross-functional relationships, and apply structured project methodologies to deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, operations, strategy, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Tackle hard, ambiguous questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation.
• Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and engineering to identify areas for improvement in processes and controls.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, ensuring that all project activities, decisions, and key milestones comply with standards and best practices.
• Prepare materials to present to senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders, and users.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the People team.
