Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an HR business partner, preferably in fast‑growing tech companies and established organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy and business results.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with detail‑oriented problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic consultant to leaders, guiding aligned business and people strategies.
• Collaborate to drive cross‑functional programs that advance People Strategy.
• Use data to inform design, decisions, and org health initiatives.
• Coach leaders on org design, change management, and efficiency improvements.
• Support global talent and organizational planning for future needs.
