Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Business or related field.
- Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
- Ten+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in complex, multi-team environments.
- Experience evaluating vendor proposals, cost models, and make-or-buy tradeoffs.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for statewide technology operations across infrastructure, network, integrations, shared services, and application support.
- Shape and execute operational and technical roadmaps to modernize and improve services.
- Apply disciplined build-versus-buy analysis and align portfolio priorities with capacity and value.
- Ensure reliable, secure technology service delivery and incident response statewide.
- Oversee budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships for core platforms and services.
- Collaborate with security, data/AI, and campus partners to align needs and deliver solutions.
