Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including leading leaders in a multi-team or matrixed organization.
• Strong technical fluency across infrastructure, network, cloud, integration, identity, service delivery, and application support domains.
• Executive-level decision-making, vendor evaluation, and change management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive, campus, and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for core technology operations across infrastructure, network, integration, shared services, and applications.
• Develop and govern technology roadmaps, standards, and service delivery across a multi-campus environment.
• Lead modernization, resilience, automation, and enterprise capability initiatives.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships with value realization and risk management.
• Partner with security, data, analytics, and AI leaders to align decisions with institutional strategy.
• Maintain strong executive relationships with campus leaders to ensure statewide technology alignment.
