Job summary

KL&A, Engineers and Builders is seeking a Technology Operations Coordinator to serve as the internal point of contact for day-to-day technology operations, working with our outsourced IT partner. This role sits in Business Operations and reports to the Business Operations Leader, based in Lakewood or Loveland, CO.

The successful candidate will build relationships, think systemically, and drive process improvements across Engineering, Construction, and Support Teams while managing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in technology operations or business operations.
• Exposure to asset management or procurement processes; BIM familiarity is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation for multi-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets across all locations.
• Manage software licensing across platforms (AI, Autodesk, project management tools).
• Maintain vendor contracts, warranties, and service agreements.
• Track technology metrics and provide reports to leadership.
• Develop budgets and forecasting tools for hardware and software licensing.
• Coordinate procurement and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Act as liaison between staff and IT partner and triage requests.
• Support SOP updates, audits, and project tracking.
