Job summary

KL&A, Engineers and Builders seeks a Technology Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day technology operations from its Lakewood or Loveland, CO office. You will work with our outsourced IT partner and report to the Business Operations Leader.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in technology operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and a mindset for scalable process improvement in a growing firm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in technology operations, IT coordination, or business operations.
• Exposure to asset management or procurement processes; BIM/autodesk knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware inventory across all office locations.
• Manage software licensing, renewals, and compliance.
• Track technology metrics and implement a refresh schedule.
• Develop budgets and forecasting tools for hardware and software.
• Liaise between staff and outsourced IT partner; triage requests and manage tickets.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor relations, and onboarding/offboarding of tech.
