Job summary

KL&A, Engineers and Builders, is seeking a Technology Operations Coordinator to act as the trusted operational partner for day-to-day technology operations. Based in Lakewood or Loveland, CO, the role supports IT initiatives, coordinates with our outsourced IT partner, and drives process improvements.

The candidate should demonstrate judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to prioritize independently within defined boundaries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years in technology operations or business operations.
• Exposure to asset management or procurement; BIM/AEC familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware across all offices.
• Manage software licensing across platforms, including Autodesk and project management tools.
• Maintain records of vendor contracts, warranties, and service agreements.
• Track and report key tech metrics (license utilization, ticket volume, asset lifecycle).
• Develop budgets and forecasting tools for hardware and software licensing.
• Serve as liaison between staff and outsourced IT partner.
• Coordinate technology procurement (sourcing, POs, vendor coordination).
• Develop onboarding/offboarding tech checklists for provisioning.
