Job summary

KL&A, Engineers and Builders is seeking a Technology Operations Coordinator to serve as the internal point of contact for day-to-day technology operations, working with our outsourced IT partner. The role sits within Business Operations and reports to the Business Operations Leader, based in our Lakewood or Loveland, Colorado office.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of tech operations experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage licensing, asset records, and procurement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; additional certs preferred.
• 2–4 years in technology operations, IT coordination, or business ops.
• Exposure to asset management or procurement is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License for multi-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of hardware assets across offices.
• Manage software licensing and renewals across platforms.
• Maintain vendor contracts, warranties, and service agreements.
• Track technology metrics to support leadership decisions.
• Develop budgets and forecasting tools for hardware and licenses.
• Coordinate procurement and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Support expense tracking and project operations.
• Communicate technology updates to staff clearly.
