Job summary

KL&A, Engineers and Builders in Colorado is seeking a Technology Operations Coordinator. You will partner with our business operations and outsourced IT partner to manage day-to-day tech operations and communications.

This role requires discretion, prioritization, and cross-team collaboration across Engineering, Construction, and Support. Focus areas include asset management, software licensing, procurement, and onboarding/offboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years in technology operations, IT coordination, or business operations.
• Exposure to asset management or procurement; BIM/Autodesk familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware asset inventory across all locations.
• Manage software licensing, renewals, and compliance.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor relations, and receiving.
• Develop budgets and forecasting tools for assets and licenses.
• Act as liaison with outsourced IT partner and triage requests.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and SOP updates.
