Job summary

Walmart is seeking a role to manage multiple operational work streams from planning to implementation in Bentonville, AR. You will analyze data to identify trends, support decision-making, and collaborate with product, engineering, and merchandising teams to drive initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce losses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• Strong project planning and execution skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives effectively.
• Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support decision-making aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, develop innovations, and enhance operational efficiency while managing budgets and mitigating losses.
• Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
