Responsibilities

• Monitor system health, interfaces, jobs, and data flows to prevent issues.
• Troubleshoot errors, data issues, and process failures across integrated systems.
• Support mortgage-related applications and workflows when applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve production problems.
