Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks an experienced Application Operations & Monitoring Engineer to support enterprise apps and file workflows in a production setting. You will monitor health with Dynatrace, troubleshoot incidents, and drive platform upgrades in collaboration with Infrastructure, Networking, Development, and Vendor teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years in AppOps, experience on Windows Server, and a strong knack for problem solving and documentation.

Qualifications

3–7+ years of experience in Application Support / AppOps.
Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
Basic querying and connectivity troubleshooting for SQL Server.
Experience with project-driven upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Strong troubleshooting and pressure management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for production applications.
Manage file transfer and file management workflows (ingestion, processing, delivery).
Monitor health using Dynatrace and other enterprise monitoring tools.
Perform incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Support project-based initiatives including upgrades and migrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Develop SOPs and maintain operational documentation.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and change processes.
Participate in on-call rotation for high-priority incidents.
