Job summary

Transamerica Corporation in Denver, CO (hybrid) is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst for World Financial Group to support data needs, create queries and reports, and collaborate with IT on requirements for systems updates.

You will perform in-depth testing and QA for WFG Operations (Coding, Licensing, Points), document business needs, and monitor policy changes to ensure accurate information across portals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Up to two years of experience with analysis and using data management tools.
• Technical knowledge with analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to successfully manage multiple assignments under pressure of deadlines.
• Sound decision-making, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in both a team environment and individually.
• Proficiency /Advanced Excel skills.
• One year of experience with WFG systems or related system QA/testing (preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL and basic database queries (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create queries and reports to meet data requirements for WFG Operations.
• Identify root causes and determine when IT tickets should be submitted.
• Perform QA on IT initiatives related to WFG Operations systems (Coding, Licensing, Points).
• Write IT requests with detailed business impact information.
• Monitor WFG Operations webpages for policy and process updates.
• Submit updates for WFG Operations forms to be reviewed and posted.
• Communicate project statuses with IT and stakeholders.
