Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a Intermediate Business Application Support Analyst to join the Global Technology Services team. In Cedar Rapids, IA; Denver, CO; or Philadelphia, PA, you will define business requirements, coordinate QA testing, and support critical enterprise apps across functional domains.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver reliable solutions, maintain documentation, and drive improvements through automation and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge with 2–4 years in listed areas.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Familiarity with QA testing, documentation, and SDLC.
• Understanding of application security and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze business processes and map flows.
• Experience estimating and budgeting IT services.
• Comfort working in a global, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements definition and translate into technical specs.
• Create test cases and oversee functional/regression testing.
• Provide operational support for key enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage change, and assist releases.
• Support governance, security, access management, and SSO.
