Transamerica is seeking a Business Analysis professional for BAOS within Global Systems Support. The role focuses on defining business requirements, QA, and operational support across global applications, partnering with internal clients and external vendors.

You will document current and future processes, translate needs into technical requirements, and coordinate with IT teams to implement solutions in a matrix, global environment. Hybrid work in the Philadelphia area is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge and 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Moderate developed skill in business requirements gathering and documenting.
• Moderate developed skill in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Moderate developed skill in creating application administrator guides and user documentation.
• Moderate developed understanding of application security and related compliance processes.
• Moderate developed knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
• Well-developed communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a global, matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Define and document business requirements related to system functionality, performance, security, and operational processes.
• Document current-state and future-state processes for gap analysis and process improvements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with architects and technology teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to ensure delivery of requirements.
• Participate in technology evaluations, feasibility studies, and vendor selection activities.
• Prepare administration documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Support incident/problem management and change management activities.
• Coordinate releases and ensure security, access management, and governance processes.
