Steel Point Solutions is seeking a Technology Modernization Program Manager to oversee modernization initiatives and drive organic growth. You will coordinate strategy, governance, and execution across initiatives to boost efficiency and innovation.

The role requires 7–10 years in IT project management, cloud/digital transformation experience, PMP or CISSP is a plus, and a relevant bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). Based in Fort Meade, MD, on-site with impact across gov and commercial programs.

Qualifications

• At least 7–10 years of experience in IT project management or technology modernization.
• Experience leading large-scale technology projects in government or enterprise settings.
• Experience with cloud technologies, digital transformation, and emerging tech.
• Experience identifying and driving organic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology modernization strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead multiple technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality.
• Collaborate with C-suite, department heads and stakeholders for alignment.
• Facilitate organizational change by promoting new technologies and processes.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to track progress and success.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth through tech enhancements.
