Job summary

IDB Bank is seeking an IT Infrastructure Asset Manager to lead asset management strategies, CMDB governance, and licensing compliance in a New York-based, on-site role with hybrid flexibility. The VP-level position emphasizes collaboration with procurement, legal, and security teams to optimize technology spend and asset lifecycle.

You will drive standardization of asset management practices, perform audits, and generate reports to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT asset management focusing on hardware, software and licensing.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models, terms and conditions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote ITAM strategies, policies, and best practices across digital assets.
• Plan, monitor, and record assets and maintain CMDB/asset repositories.
• Audit CMDB content and ensure data accuracy across lifecycle stages.
• Govern ITAM in relation to Infrastructure, Applications, Development, Procurement and Information Security.
• Generate reports on licensing, usage, and cost optimization.
