Job summary

Charleston Area Medical Center seeks an IT Manager for Telecommunication Services – IT Endpoint Services, based in Northgate-400 Association Dr., Charleston, WV. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage clinical and financial application support teams, and drive strategic IT initiatives under the CIO’s direction.

You will oversee budgeting, staff development, vendor engagement, and regulatory compliance while coordinating cross-functional projects to improve hospital systems and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Informatics, Business, Nursing or related field.
• 6 years information systems direct application management experience with at least 4 years in a healthcare environment and/or 3 years of direct personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the management team to ensure goals are met and staff development occurs.
• Reviews personnel matters related to interviews, hires and training.
• Monitors budgets and aligns plans with regulatory and departmental standards.
• Leads application planning and coordinates project progress with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensures data integrity and quality initiatives, including regulatory compliance.
