Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a UC Support Technician to provide foundational support for the unified communications infrastructure across the enterprise. You will work with departments on daily assignments, training needs, and maintenance requirements for the technology platforms.

The role includes expert Tier 1 UC support, direct interaction with internal customers to troubleshoot issues, and collaboration across the enterprise to keep communications tools reliable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or two years' experience related to communication technology.
• Valid Driver's License required. Must maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Tier 1 support for unified communication technologies.
• Work with internal customers to gather information and troubleshoot issues.
• Engage and collaborate enterprise-wide to support and maintain UC solutions.
• Interact with the business to advise on appropriate usage of UC technologies.
