Prairie Consulting Services is seeking a Technology Manager to lead commercial and ART implementation projects for a global organization. The role demands strong project management, technical leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder collaboration across multiple business levels.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, driving project plans and budgets, managing risks, and mentoring team members. Travel ~25% and relocation support may apply.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in technology management.
• Direct experience with application development in a global enterprise environment.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial and ART implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, deliverables, and priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to clients, teams, and senior management.
• Manage project risks, issues, resources, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive decisions and achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and key stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and professional development support to team members.
