Job summary

Prairie Consulting Services seeks a Senior Technology Lead/IT Manager to drive global operations and commercial technology initiatives on an onsite basis with travel. You will lead software, data, cloud, and support teams across worldwide functions, aligning technology with business outcomes and customer value.

The role reports to executive leadership and offers a substantial base salary plus annual incentive, relocation assistance where applicable, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in technology management.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications and technology delivery.
• Experience overseeing global support operations and SLAs.
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect tech to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary technology teams across software engineering, data science, cloud architecture, and technical support.
• Oversee enterprise application development, technology implementations, and customer-facing solutions.
• Direct global, 24/7 technology support operations, ensuring service reliability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to SLAs.
• Partner with executive leadership and global customers to align technology strategy with business objectives.
• Manage budgets, project financials, resource planning, vendor relationships, delivery commitments, and operational risks.
• Support commercial contracts, cybersecurity compliance, and continuous operational improvement.
• Build a high-performing organization through strong leadership, accountability, and talent development.
