Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple client matters independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related agreements including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Draft data protection agreements and IP provisions in corporate agreements.
