Franklin Fitch is seeking a Learning & User Experience Manager to lead the firm's technology learning and user experience strategy across Boston or NYC. You will build and scale a team, drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies including AI tools like Harvey, and partner with IT and business leaders to improve user satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in technology training or learning & development, strong Microsoft 365 expertise, and prior law firm experience.

Qualifications

• Prior law firm experience (required).
• 5+ years of technology training, learning & development, or user enablement experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Office Suite expertise.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• iManage and/or Harvey experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technology training programs for attorneys and business professionals.
• Lead onboarding, technology adoption, change management, and user enablement initiatives.
• Create training materials, user guides, communications, and best practice resources.
• Manage and mentor a Learning & User Experience Specialist while helping grow the function.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to improve technology adoption and user satisfaction.
