Job Details:

• The CCS 2.0 Business Readiness Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of business and operational readiness activities required to support the successful rollout of the CCS 2.0 platform. 2. The Business Readiness Lead serves as a liaison between Product, Operations, Client Migration, Client Services, Implementation, and Technology teams to ensure business continuity and operational readiness throughout the CCS 2.0 transformation program.

Detailed Job Description:

Position Summary The CCS 2.0 Business Readiness Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of business and operational readiness activities required to support the successful rollout of the CCS 2.0 platform. This role will ensure that internal teams, business processes, client facing functions, operational procedures, training materials, support models, and change management activities are fully prepared before each migration wave and production deployment.
