Endpoint Services Coordinator / Network Transformation Analyst
Start: 3 weeks from date of offer
Length of Contract: 1 year
Hourly Pay: 30-40 p/hr on W2
40 hours per week
Schedule: standard business hours(9-5) but there will be an overnight shift on Tuesday. Ideally this person can do this ever week or bi weekly.

Client is doing an upgrade to their entire infrastructure - Cisco to Cisco fiber. They are in need of a resource that can work with the customer on when shut downs will happen, how it will impact there daily operation, and also on when things will come back on and potential differences / changes. This role is a highly communicative role between clinical staff nd technical teams.

The Network Transformation Program Analyst will support the hospital's enterprise network modernization initiatives by coordinating site readiness activities, supporting technical cutovers, managing stakeholder communications, validating endpoint inventories, developing deployment documentation, and providing operational support during complex infrastructure transformation events.
This role serves as a bridge between Digital Operations, Network Engineering, Clinical Operations, Real Estate, Facilities, Security, and vendor partners to ensure successful execution of network transformation projects with minimal disruption to patient care and business operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
- Support planning and execution of network transformation projects across hospitals, ambulatory sites, research locations, and administrative facilities.
- Coordinate project activities with site leadership, Digital Operations teams, Network Engineering, Facilities, Security, and vendors.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Facilitate readiness reviews and operational go-live planning.
Cutover & Go-Live Support
- Participate in evening and overnight cutover activities as required.
- Support command center operations during major network transformation events.
- Coordinate issue triage and escalation during implementation windows.
- Document lessons learned and process improvements following major events.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for network transformation activities.
Endpoint Assessment & Validation
- Review endpoint inventories and assist with device classification efforts.
- Partner with site teams to validate business-critical systems and workflows.
- Identify operational risks associated with connected medical, research, and business systems.
- Track remediation activities and readiness gaps.
Documentation & Process Development
- Create deployment runbooks, cutover checklists, communication plans, and support playbooks.
- Standardize transformation methodologies across multiple sites.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Develop executive status reports and readiness summaries.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications before, during, and after transformation activities.
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions with multidisciplinary teams.
Operational Readiness
- Assess site readiness for network transformation events.
- Coordinate support staffing requirements.
- Assist in developing scalable support and "tiger team" models for future deployments.
- Help ensure operational continuity throughout transformation efforts.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years supporting enterprise technology projects.
- Experience coordinating infrastructure, network, or data center initiatives.
- Experience working in healthcare, higher education, research, or other complex operational environments preferred.
- Demonstrated success supporting multi-stakeholder projects.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of enterprise networking concepts including:
- LAN/WAN
- Wireless networks
- VLANs
- TCP/IP
- Familiarity with endpoint management and technology deployments.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them for non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management Skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience interacting with senior leadership, operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and build consensus across diverse groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare technology projects.
- Experience supporting infrastructure or network refresh initiatives.
- Familiarity with Cisco-based environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
- Experience supporting go-lives, command centers, or large-scale technology cutovers.
- Knowledge of hospital clinical workflows and operational support models.
