Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Technology Instructor to join a high‑performing SAFe team supporting a complex, fast‑paced program.

You will analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain technical training solutions for enterprise server, network, and platform environments. The selected candidate will support the creation and delivery of certification‑focused training programs, Written Course of Instruction (WCI) materials, and other technical learning products, while performing task

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph required.
• 12+ years in technical training, instructional delivery, or curriculum development.
• 5+ years in instructional systems design or training development.
• Experience with enterprise IT training for servers, networking, and platforms.
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration knowledge.
• Linux system administration knowledge.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training using multiple platforms.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Develop training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training for technical systems using various methods.
• Analyze documentation to identify training needs.
• Create lesson plans, guides, student materials, and labs.
• Conduct training evaluations and track metrics.
• Support course validation, pilots, and content updates.
• Maintain WCI products and instructional documentation.
• Coordinate development with engineering, technical writing, and program support.
