Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a Technology Instructor to join a high-performing SAFe team supporting a complex program. You will analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain technical training solutions for enterprise server, network, and platform environments.

The role involves creating and delivering certification-focused training, WCI materials, and other learning products, while performing task analysis, content development, and instructional delivery to meet program requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• 12+ years in technical training, instructional delivery, or related education.
• 5+ years in instructional systems design or curriculum development.
• Experience developing training for enterprise IT, networking, or server admin.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning.
• Create training content for server, network, and platform admin needs.
• Deliver competency-based training using varied methods and tech.
• Analyze docs to identify training requirements and create materials.
• Develop lesson guides, student guides, job aids, labs, and assessments.
• Conduct training evaluations and report metrics.
• Support course validation, pilots, and content updates.
• Maintain WCI products and instructional docs.
• Coordinate with engineering, technical writing, and program teams.
