WOOD Federal Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technology Instructor (Mid or Senior) to turn complex server, network, and platform technologies into practical training for enterprise IT environments. You will design and deliver instructor-led and blended courses, including labs, assessments, and performance materials.

A strong instructional design background and hands-on IT knowledge are essential. The role supports DoD/government programs and requires TS/SCI with polygraph.

Formación

• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise IT training.
• Proven ability to translate complex system concepts into practical learning materials.
• Experience with DoD or government training environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended training solutions.
• Develop content supporting server, network, and platform administration requirements.
• Deliver competency-based training for users of technical systems.
• Analyze engineering docs to identify training needs and create lesson plans and guides.
• Maintain WCI products and instructional documentation.
• Coordinate development activities with engineering, writing, and program teams.
