Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lanai seeks an onsite Technology Innovation & Data (TID) Specialist to provide daily tech support for property systems, manage user accounts, and maintain secure IT operations. You will support POS, guest internet, in-room tech, and servers while ensuring PCI/privacy compliance and system integrity.

You will collaborate across departments to understand business needs, lead technical projects, and participate in upgrades and training.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for property technology systems including user account administration, help desk support, software updates, security patching, and system monitoring.
• Maintain and support critical business systems including Property Management Systems, guest internet and in-room technologies, Point-of-Sale platforms, servers, and end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues to ensure reliable and secure technology services.
• Support compliance with corporate technology standards, PCI requirements, privacy regulations, and information security policies.
• Assist with technology implementations, system upgrades, user training, and departmental projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and help ensure the availability and stability of critical technology infrastructure.
• Build strong working relationships across departments by providing responsive, service-oriented technology support.
• Communicate effectively with employees and department leaders to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions.
• Assist Technology Innovation & Data leadership with daily departmental operations and administrative responsibilities.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations related to technology systems and telecommunications.

TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION & DATA (TID) SPECIALIST

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for an Onsite Technology Innovation & Data (TID) Specialist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Previous experience in hotel Technology Innovation & Data or Technical background, MCSE or similar network qualifications are desired but not required
• Customer service oriented, attention to detail, ability to maintain an organized workspace, maintain professionalism and composure in a high-paced, high-volume environment
