Responsibilities

• Lead and execute M&A transactions from engagement through closing.
• Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, client materials.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates, guiding execution and growth.
• Coordinate with senior bankers; own key workstreams and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with Technology leadership to drive deal execution and business development.
• Support a collaborative, high-performing team and contribute to client relationships.
