Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of investment banking experience.
• Prior Technology investment banking experience preferred, or strong sector-relevant M&A experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading live transaction execution.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and client management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A and strategic advisory transactions from inception through closing.
• Manage day-to-day deal processes and coordinate internal and external workstreams.
• Oversee valuation analyses, financial modeling, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, private equity sponsors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior bankers while helping drive a collaborative team culture.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to client relationship management.
