Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute M&A transactions from engagement through closing.
• Develop and review financial models, valuations, materials, and client presentations.
• Manage and mentor Analysts and Associates on execution and growth.
• Coordinate with senior bankers, owning key workstreams and deliverables.
• Collaborate with technology leadership to drive deal execution and business development.
• Support a collaborative, high-performing team environment for junior bankers.
• Participate in client and management meetings to develop client relationships.
