What's the Job?
- Lead analysis of IAM governance processes, controls, metrics, and risk indicators to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and emerging risks.
- Develop executive-ready communications, presentations, reporting, and recommendations that clearly articulate governance outcomes, risks, and priorities.
- Evaluate governance effectiveness and recommend enhancements to controls, monitoring coverage, performance metrics, and operating routines.
- Drive modernization initiatives focused on automation, AI-enabled capabilities, workflow optimization, and reduction of manual governance activities.
- Create and maintain governance playbooks, procedures, operating models, and implementation plans that support scalable execution.
What's Needed?
- Experience in IAM, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management, Governance, or Controls functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience assessing controls, metrics, risk indicators, governance processes, or operational effectiveness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including development of executive-facing presentations, reporting, and briefing materials.
- Proven project management and execution experience, including managing complex initiatives, dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables.
