Job Title: Governance and Compliance Analyst I

Location: Must be local to Charlotte NC

Must be willing to work onsite

Salary Range: Up to $50 hour W2

Employment Type: W2 Contract | Duration: 12 months | 40 hours/week (8am–5pm EST)

Introduction

This role works closely with multiple internal Business Areas to ensure effective, efficient, and consistent adherence to regulatory requirements and enterprise programs to support a strong compliance culture across the organization. Responsibilities include collecting, reviewing, and presenting evidence for internal and external audits, as well as performing quality assurance (QA) and validation of evidence to ensure compliance is achieved and properly documented.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of Governance and Compliance experience
Two (2) or more years of experience working with regulatory standards and requirements. Cybersecurity certifications such as GIAC, ISACA, (ISC), etc., are preferred.
Two (2) or more years of experience working with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, etc.
