Bread Financial in Columbus, OH seeks a Manager of Technology Fusion Center Operations to lead incident management for the company’s IT infrastructure. You will spend most of your time in the Technology Fusion Center and SOC, coordinating proactive diagnostics and remediation.

The role requires a continuous learner with adaptability and critical thinking, overseeing production systems, staffing, and on-call operations to ensure high availability and rapid incident response.

Competenze

• ITIL framework knowledge and best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Scripting with PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
• NOC/SOC operations experience.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform.

Mansioni

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve IT incidents; escalate to support as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop solutions ensuring production availability.
• Manage production systems; perform testing to verify network availability and resiliency.
• Plan staffing projections and development plans for frontline associates.
• Serve as SME; train less experienced IT Command Center Analysts and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
