Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Technology Leader to drive strategic Engineering Practices and own core platforms like CI/CD and Observability. You will guide senior engineering leadership, champion Agile/DevOps, and build a culture that values inclusion and excellence across the global team.

You will influence investment decisions and shape engineering standards while ensuring onboarding efficiency and strong collaboration across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience across multiple engineering disciplines and leading communities of practice in large tech organizations (1k+ people).
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as Technology Director or equivalent management experience.
• Champions modern ways of working including Agile and DevOps, and participates in an architecture community.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate vision to broad audiences at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Practices with maturity guidelines and empower enterprise teams.
• Establish standards and metrics (DORA, SPACE) to improve velocity, quality and team satisfaction.
• Own strategic platforms (CI/CD, Observability) and deliver core engineering tools and environments.
• Ensure seamless onboarding for new developers to achieve code check-in within 1 day.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance engineering culture and cross-team collaboration.
