Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Technology Director for Global Sourcing Technology to define a multi-year strategy and to modernize the sourcing ecosystem. You will lead architecture, engineering, security, and operations for a globally distributed team across North America and India, overseeing hundreds of vendors and driving AI-enabled decisioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in technology with leadership experience.
• Experience modernizing SCM platforms and costing/sourcing capabilities.
• Proven success delivering large-scale transformations in costing, sourcing, PO management or vendor connectivity.
• Strong background in integration architectures (API, EDI, event-driven).
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and programming (Python/Java).

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a multi-year global sourcing technology strategy.
• Modernize costing and sourcing platforms with API-first architectures.
• Lead globally distributed engineering, QA, delivery and support teams.
• Oversee delivery, operations, and vendor management with ROI focus.
• Introduce AI-driven decision support for should-cost modelling and capacity planning.
