Job summary

lululemon is seeking a senior leader to direct guest support technology, including CRM, channels, and analytics platforms. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and an operating plan, balancing CapEx/OpEx with vendor partnerships to ensure agile delivery and scale across Retail, Omni, and B2B channels.

You will lead large engineering teams, ensuring cyber security, SOX controls, and cloud-focused modernization while guiding cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar technical field.
• 10 years IT experience with 5+ years leading global tech initiatives in Retail.
• Experience with enterprise integration, cloud architectures, DevOps practices, and modern application stacks.
• Experience managing budgets >$3M annually and leading teams of 15+.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams responsible for all guest support technology including CRM, live channels, chatbot, self-service, commerce, and identity systems.
• Develop and communicate department roadmaps and annual operating plans with business/tech partners.
• Manage CapEx/OpEx, risk, dependencies, and vendor partnerships to enable agile delivery.
• Oversee global store reporting, data analytics products, and cross-functional tech initiatives.
